The World Is My Jungle Gym

Missy K is our curious one...my memory may be failing me, I am not sure, but I don't remember the boys being so "into" everything in the house!  I remember Wyatt unrolling toilet paper, but throwing pens into pee and then diving in with half an arm to fish them out...that's just Kayla!  Or is she just a baby with more access because she has two older brothers who leave toilet seats up and unflushed and cabinets open??

Miss K is curious and no one is going to stop her!  The world is her treasure chest and she wants to make sure she has explored and tested every inch of every part of it - to the point of eating soap, both the bar and licking it off her hands (maybe washing her mouth out won't work, we will have to see?).

"Am I in trouble?"

I was in the kitchen and Kayla was playing with cans in the pantry, when everything got very QUIET!  She stuffed them in her mouth so fast....

"Isn't this jungle gym fun?!"

Everyday she is standing on the dishwasher - it makes us wonder when we will need a new one!

"Cooper, I want you to listen to me, you are my personal play toy, ok?!"

Cooper - "Maybe if I close my eyes, she will just go away and forget I am here..."

"Watch me, Mom!"

Cooper - "Uh oh, What's next?"

"I might just be stuck...."

Cooper - "Mom, do I get a treat for being so good?"

"Hanging with Cooper is the best!"

Cooper is thinking - "Are you done climbing all over me yet? it's been 15 minutes of this!"

"Rocking chairs are for climbing, right?!"

Kayla loves climbing the chair in her room and then standing on it and rocking back and forth...honestly, this may make some of you wary and concerned for her safety, but she is really good at balancing, getting up and down, and when I try and pull her off, she brings the whole chair with her!
